If an item is in stock in our warehouse in the UK then it will be listed with the colour and price on the product page. All other options will show 'special order'. These items have the following lead times.

Incurvo and Arctic special orders have a lead time of 8 weeks.

HRT, Vertex, Kong and Ibex special orders have a lead time of 5 weeks.

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1 working day from our base in the Lake District. Orders placed by the end of the working day are dispatched with our courier the next morning. The cut off time for next day delivery is 8 am. Most orders are sent via DHL next day delivery (excluding certain areas such as Highlands and Islands). Larger orders will be sent with our logistics supplier on a pallet and can be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days.

We will contact you regarding any orders where the delivery timescale is due to be delayed.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you undamaged and in working order, however, damage can occur during transport. If your order arrives damaged, missing items or with the wrong items, you must notify us within 7 days. If we receive no such notification the order will be deemed as satisfactory by the customer. Any subsequence returns or exchanges after this may incur additional charges as laid out in the Returns & Exchanges section.
